Vocal Ex

Vocal Ex was born out of a burning passion for music and desire to share their God given musical talent in 2013 and held its first performance on the 3rd of October 2013. Vocal Extraordinaire (Vocal EX) complements already existing players in the music industry and aims to inspire those with various talents to be of good courage and use their talents to spread good tidings. The name was inspired by the group’s Pastor, friend and brother Victor Adams who was part of the Family of God church before he moved overseas. The name simply says the unified voice of the group is more than just being the epic presentation of its capabilities. Vocal Ex is motivated to carry a message of unity, hope, peace and the love of God with a resounding melodious vocal authority, ministering the word of God through song across nations. Vocal EX is a contemporary gospel choir of young, passionate and talented Christian men and women from the City of Bulawayo. We are an inter-denominational music-outfit.

Contrary to popular belief that gospel music is Christian targeted music, Vocal EX’s mandate is not only to uplift Christians but also to entertain and convict the non-believers all for the advancement of God’s kingdom
