The Feel the Music charity concert is a yearly concert hosted by the Rotaract Club of NUST with the purpose of raising money for an identified financial charity cause. Proceeds from the concert are channeled towards charity and in sustenance of the event annually. The 2017 Feel the Music concert is scheduled to take place on the 1st of April 2017. The concert beneficiaries have been identified as Bulawayo Shelter.
The concert also serves as a platform for young and upcoming artists to showcase their talents in a conducive setup, to a diverse audience and, best believe the talent is raw & ready to move your fit & score your playlist endorsement. Line up includes: Rappers, Vocalists, Dancers, and music groups.
Salt and Light Dance Company is a multi award winning dance company currently based in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. Salt and Light Dance Company has been established to share the gospel of Jesus Christ through the expressive art of dance while providing a place for all ages to not only find enjoyment and fulfillment in the arts, but to encounter Jesus through amazing choreography, international level entertainment, dance workshops/classes and to be locally and internationally recognized. They also offer excellent choreography and dance style’s such as lyrical, hip hop, Afro fusion, urban contemporary and modern. While discipline and technique are strongly enforced, it is also their desire to encourage their audiences toward deep devotion and love for Jesus Christ.
We are participating in the Feel the Music Concert because we are huge believers in giving back and helping out in the community and the world. Think globally, act locally we suppose. We believe that the measure of a person’s life is the effect they have on others.

Award Winning Super Geeks Dance Crew based in Bulawayo is a versatile world class unit of excellence that has been causing sweet havoc onstage since their first performance and have partnered with Miss NUST for the past two years(2015 and 2016). They say start small and end big , but this isn’t the case for this talented crew , with their first routines they won the b3 competition ranking them the best dance crew in Bulawayo in 2015, the very same year they were recruited by the legendary Sandra Ndebele and shot the “MADLIRE” music video. Their online videos amounted to over 70000 views that year and they got nominated at the Zim Hip Hop awards for best dance crew. In 2016 they got recognition by the multi- millionaire generations actor Thatho Molamu and shot a video to show Africa and the world to see the talent they have. Super geeks Dance Crew performed at the Chinese Embassy and entertained the Ambassador of China to Zimbabwe and other important delegates.
They went on to win best dance crew at the Zim Hip Hop awards. Super geeks came out second at Jibilika and also got in top ten acts at Dreamstar talent search in the whole of Zimbabwe. Earlier this year, they got a contract by Takura that gave them rights to his music and are already doing dance covers with his songs. Super geeks dance krew is currently working on their acts for the World Performing Arts Competition in Hollywood this June where they will represent Zimbabwe on an international level.

The Feel The Music event will be held at the Bulawayo Theater on the 1st of April.
For those that cannot physically make it, a simple donation will do. The Club also welcomes all forms of help in marketing and getting your friends and colleagues to come to this event.
